Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive program or project management experience on complex aerospace/defense programs.
• 8 years of direct B-52 program experience with government customers and acquisition environment.
• 8 years managing cost, schedule, scope, risk, and multidisciplinary teams on aerospace/defense programs.
• 5+ years supporting capture and business development activities (ROMs, proposals, pricing, negotiations).
• Valid/clear driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution including cost, schedule, scope, risks, staffing, deliverables, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed MS Project schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resource plans, and recovery actions.
• Communicate program health to technical leadership and government customers.
• Plan and lead customer meetings, technical reviews, milestone reviews, and executive briefings.
• Support growth by identifying customer needs, developing ROMs/proposals, and shaping follow-on scope.
