Job summary

Crew Training International is looking for a part-time B-1 Instructor SME/CRM situated in Dyess Afb, TX. This role involves delivering MilTrain courseware and developing CRM materials specifically for the B-1 aircraft. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field, 500 hours of flying in the B-1, and have instructor experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance are essential. Travel is required occasionally to support CRM instruction.

Qualifications

• Must have flying experience within the last ten years with a minimum of 500 flying hours in the B-1 aircraft.
• Instructor experience and 1,000 hours in the B-1 aircraft preferred.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the B-1 aircraft providing technical content.
• Conduct academic CRM instruction.
• Develop and monitor courseware for the B-1 aircraft.
