Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC is seeking an Adv, IT Software Architect to lead Azure cloud and Wintel server initiatives across NAFTA. You will drive capacity planning, cost projections and deployment readiness for cloud and data-center environments.

The role requires 10–15 years of IT architecture experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and emphasis in a related field.
• 10–15 years total experience in IT architecture and cloud/server management.
• Azure cloud and Wintel domain experience with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Azure Cloud and Windows server capacity management with cost projections.
• Configure Azure cloud environment for MB NAFTA regional apps and certify OS platforms.
• Lead architecture for Enterprise Portfolio Management and related Azure/Wintel initiatives.
• Research industry trends and collaborate with regional/global teams for improvements.
• Assign Azure tasks, track progress and report status of cloud services.
