Job summary

Incendia Partners in Massachusetts is seeking a Windows and Azure System Administrator to join our IT team. You will manage Windows Server environments, oversee Azure resources, and ensure secure identity and access management across platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong PowerShell skills, networking fundamentals, and experience with MFA and conditional access, with a collaborative mindset and a track record of ownership.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
• Recent deep dive into Azure cloud resource management.
• Proficiency with Entra ID administration and SSO.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Networking concepts incl. DNS/DHCP/VPN/TCP/IP.
• Experience with MFA and conditional access policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure Windows Server environments and cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Microsoft Azure cloud resources, virtual machines, and storage.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security logs using monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot system errors, network issues, and user access problems.
• Implement group policies, security baselines, and regular software patching.
• Manage MFA, conditional access policies, and user provisioning.
