Job summary

Incendia Partners in Massachusetts is seeking a Windows and Azure System Administrator to join our IT team. You will manage Windows Server environments, oversee Azure resources, and ensure secure identity and access management across platforms.

• Manage and secure Windows Server environments and cloud infrastructure.


• Administer Microsoft Azure cloud resources, virtual machines, and storage.


• Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management.


• Monitor system health, performance, and security logs using monitoring tools.


• Troubleshoot system errors, network issues, and user access problems.


• Implement group policies, security baselines, and regular software patching.


• Manage multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, and user provisioning.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory as a foundation with a recent and deep dive into Azure


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and resource management.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID administration, single sign-on (SSO), and identity synchronization.


• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.


• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) and firewall rules.
