Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
- 5 years in IT, or 7 years with certifications.
- Hands-on design and support of Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
- Experience configuring AVD host pools and app groups.
- Familiarity with FSLogix and RemoteApp solutions.
Responsibilities
- Improve the virtual desktop experience through automation and design.
- Collaborate to develop desktop virtualization architectures.
- Create build kits for deployment.
- Transition knowledge to Infrastructure Operations for support.
- Establish VDI best practices and policies.
- Optimize desktop virtualization delivery processes.
