Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support Azure Cloud Operations for the NTIA Federal Spectrum Data Systems program in Washington, DC. The role requires an Active Secret clearance and handles Secret and Unclassified systems with STIG compliance.

The position is a contract-to-hire arrangement, hybrid with 2–3 days on-site, and offers W2 payroll with benefits. Applicants must be US citizens and eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems administration experience.
• 5+ years of database and data-management experience.
• Azure Expert-level certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Azure monitoring, logging, alerting, and Log Analytics.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II requirements.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of Azure environments supporting NTIA Secret and Unclassified spectrum systems.
• Apply STIGs and remediate security findings in Azure environments.
• Monitor Azure dashboards and Log Analytics for health and performance.
• Configure authentication and authorization infrastructure including Microsoft Entra ID and conditional access.
• Support data transfer across security domains and SIPR network operations.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment and maintain documentation.
