Job summary

TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, seeks an Azure Systems Administrator to join our IT/Infrastructure Department. This full-time role focuses on supporting, managing, and optimizing our Azure-based infrastructure, while collaborating with teams across the organization and supporting on-prem integration.

Possible office locations include Union, NJ; Harrisburg, PA; Ashburn, VA; Houston, TX and San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

5–10 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure management.
Strong networking, virtualization, and security knowledge in Azure.
PowerShell scripting for automation and admin tasks.
Experience with hybrid environments (on-premises Azure) is a plus.
Excellent communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
Monitor performance, uptime, and security.
Deploy and troubleshoot cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
Maintain system documentation and records.
Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Azure issues.
Plan and execute system upgrades and changes.
