Cognizant is seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of Azure-hosted applications and infrastructure. You will work across DevOps, security, and networking teams to build scalable, resilient cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Azure services, SRE principles, IaC, and robust monitoring. A remote-first position in the USA offers flexibility with enterprise-grade cloud operations and security governance.

Formación

• Hands-on Azure infrastructure experience with production workloads.
• Strong knowledge of SRE principles and incident management.
• Experience with IaC tools and automated deployments.
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability using Azure-native solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production and non-production workloads on Microsoft Azure ensuring reliability, availability, performance, scalability and security.
• Troubleshoot Azure services such as VMs, App Services, Storage, Key Vault, AKS, and networking.
• Design and maintain scalable, highly available Azure cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Create infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates to automate provisioning.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, diagnostics, dashboards, and alerting.
