Job summary

Vibehackers in Phoenix is seeking an Apps Developer with SQL, .NET, and AI agent development experience to design, optimize Azure SQL databases, and maintain C#/.NET applications while building autonomous AI agents to automate business workflows.

The role supports hybrid/local work with flexible at-home options and requires mentoring junior developers within an Agile/SDLC environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of SQL, web development, and analysis experience or equivalent.
Strong SQL experience (Azure SQL/SQL Server) and advanced query optimization skills.
.NET experience with C# and Visual Studio; ASP.NET UI design and OOP concepts.
Experience building AI agents and familiarity with Azure/OpenAI tooling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Azure SQL databases with complex queries and indexing.
Lead database projects and troubleshoot performance issues.
Maintain and support Microsoft Azure App Services and C#/.NET apps.
Build, deploy, and maintain autonomous, multi-agent AI systems for workflows.
Implement prompt engineering and simple RAG pipelines for AI agents.
Mentor junior developers and produce technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
