Job summary

vibehackers is seeking an experienced Applications Developer (SQL / .NET / AI Agent Developer) in a hybrid client-resident role in Phoenix, AZ. You will design and optimize Azure SQL databases, maintain Azure App Services and C#/.NET applications, and build autonomous AI agents to support complex workflows.

The role requires 8+ years in SQL and web development, strength in prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and experience with Copilot/Claude within the Microsoft OpenAI framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8+ years in SQL, web development, and analysis.
• Experience designing Azure SQL databases, SQL Server, and data warehouses.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience and ASP.NET UI work.
• Knowledge of AI agents, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Azure SQL databases and SQL Server objects.
• Lead database projects, troubleshoot performance, ensure scalable data systems.
• Maintain Azure App Services and C#/.NET applications with Visual Studio.
• Build and deploy autonomous AI agents to support business workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering and RAG pipelines; leverage OpenAI frameworks.
• Mentor junior developers; create technical docs; participate in Agile processes.
• Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD and testing frameworks.
