Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in database administration, with at least 3 years in a senior role focused on Microsoft SQL Server, data security, and governance.
• Proficiency in designing secure, governed database architectures for on‑premises and Azure.
• Strong knowledge of encryption, identity management, RBAC, and data classification/regulation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Designs, deploys, and manages SQL Server databases on‑premises and in Azure with secure, governed architectures.
• Optimizes SQL Server performance through tuning, indexing, and resource management in Azure environments.
• Establishes data governance, security measures, and compliance for Azure databases and related services.
