Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Agile delivery in client environments.
5+ years leading consulting projects for large clients (3+ project types).

Responsibilities

Lead medium-scale requirements elicitation and design discussions with clients.
Decompose requirements into tasks and estimate effort.
Delegate tasks across multi-workstream projects.
Lead and drive projects with on- and off-shore resources.
Identify problems, own solutions, and delegate ownership.
Raise risks proactively with PM and leadership.
Collaborate on solutions and client communications.
Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering medium-scale projects.
Mentor consultants and help remove blockers.
Support sales and delivery with proposals and presentations.
