Job summary

TTEC Digital in Austin, TX seeks a Principal Consultant for Azure solutions to lead medium-scale client engagements and deliver solution architecture and design.

You will mentor teams, guide DevOps practices, and collaborate with sales and delivery to propose options and present technical concepts to clients. The role requires deep Azure expertise, strong communication, and a proven track record in delivering complex projects. Remote work options and annual incentive program are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading consulting projects for large clients.
• Expertise in Azure Compute (PaaS & Containers), data stores, messaging and APIs.
• Strong SDLC/DevOps/Platform Engineering experience and architecture knowledge.
• Proven ability to present to clients in business terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-scale requirements elicitation, design and scoping discussions with clients.
• Decompose requirements into tasks and estimate effort for delivery teams.
• Delegate tasks and drive multi-workstream projects with on-site and off-shore resources.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and options.
