Job summary

Pacific Clinics is hiring an IT Security & Infrastructure Engineer in Arcadia, CA. The role is split 50/50 between security operations and enterprise Azure/infra management, protecting systems and data while maintaining cloud and on-prem infrastructure.

You will move between security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and Azure administration, IAM, networking, and server support as part of a distributed healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information systems or cybersecurity with relevant experience.
• Experience with Azure administration in production environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR and incident response processes.
• Understanding of IAM concepts including MFA and conditional access.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, logs and dashboards to triage threats.
• Support incident response, investigation, containment and escalation.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and patch coordination.
• Administer endpoint protection, email security, and web filtering.
• Assist with IAM practices and MFA administration.
• Support HIPAA security requirements and compliance documentation.
• Maintain security policies and run training initiatives.
