Job summary

OnMed LLC in White Plains, NY, seeks a hands-on Infrastructure & Security Engineer to own Azure operations, identity, and endpoint security. You will run ITSM processes, strengthen security controls, and partner with vendors to stabilize a clinic‑in‑a‑box platform that protects patient data.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Security and Infrastructure, build runbooks, automate repetitive tasks, and drive incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance evidence across SOC 2,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating infrastructure and security controls.
• Strong Azure operations and security expertise, including Entra ID and workload protection.
• Excellent networking/firewall knowledge: segmentation, VPNs, Zero Trust.
• Experience with XDR/MDR, SIEM, and SOC workflows; incident response.
• ITSM platform usage and ticket lifecycle management across vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Azure operations, identity, and endpoint security.
• Manage IT service management end-to-end with clear SLAs; coordinate with vendors.
• Deploy and harden security controls across cloud, network, and endpoints.
• Maintain customer-facing endpoints' security posture and updates.
• Produce control evidence for SOC 2, HIPAA, and related frameworks.
