Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, seeks a Scrum Master / RTE to drive Agile at the program level, enabling cloud-based development in Azure. You will foster alignment, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement across teams, using Azure DevOps Boards, Pipelines, and Repos.

The role requires SAFe experience, strong facilitation, and the ability to remove impediments to ensure predictable delivery. Remote work options are available contingent on funding.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience with Agile methods, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and program-level events.
• Provide servant leadership to support mission success.
• Coordinate PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain flow and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering to align objectives and timelines.
• Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Monitor delivery metrics and drive improvements in velocity and predictability.
• Maintain backlog, workflows, and reporting using Azure DevOps Boards, Dashboards, and Pipelines.
• Support cloud-related dependencies and planning activities involving Azure services.
