Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, MSP, or enterprise IT with client-facing senior/lead role.
• Proven revenue influence: identified opportunities, wrote scopes, helped close deals.
• Mentored consultants and engineers with growth outcomes.
• Built offerings, methodologies, or reusable IP used in engagements.
• Clear point of view on the direction of Microsoft cloud consulting.
• Deep Azure expertise plus broad knowledge across Azure landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to lead as a remote senior leader and travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical resource on the most complex engagements, including architecture and hands-on work when needed.
• Set the delivery standard: docs, reusable IP, quality metrics, and definition of done.
• Take on smaller tasks to set the example and lift the team.
• Lead pre-sales workshops, discovery, and strategy sessions to convert ambitions into funded roadmaps.
• Mentor and coach consultants, shaping career paths and certification goals.
• Help shape offerings, pricing models, and enablement materials for the practice.
• Advise on partner strategy and strategic investments in Microsoft technologies.
