Job summary

TTEC Digital in Austin, TX, seeks an executive to shape and scale its Azure practice, focusing on data modernization, AI enablement, and Microsoft partnership development.

You will lead a team of solution architects, drive go-to-market strategies, and partner with Microsoft and sales to grow revenue and expand client engagements.

Salary range is $250,000-$300,000 with eligibility for annual incentive; remote or on-site options available.

Qualifications

• Proven Azure expertise with leadership experience in a Microsoft services environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling delivery and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and evolution of the Azure practice.
• Develop and execute Azure go-to-market strategy with sales and leadership.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Solution Architects and tech leaders.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline, bookings, and market expansion.
