Job summary

Publicis Sapient in the United States seeks a Principal Architect – Microsoft Cloud to lead our Microsoft Center of Excellence globally. You will drive the technical strategy across Azure, Data and AI, shape strategic deals, and co-innovate with Microsoft, influencing client transformations at scale.

You will act as the technical face to clients and Microsoft, guiding pursuits, building repeatable solution patterns, and leading global teams and partner ecosystems to accelerate enterprise

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise architecture, CoE leadership, or senior technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record shaping and winning large, complex transformation deals.
• Experience operating as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
• Microsoft Technical Expertise - Hands-on depth across: Data platforms (Fabric, analytics, enterprise data ecosystems); Production-grade AI solutions; Scalable, repeatable solution patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical strategy for Publicis Sapient's Microsoft business globally.
• Act as the technical face of Publicis Sapient to clients and Microsoft, shaping complex pursuits and co-innovation.
• Lead the Microsoft Center of Excellence, building repeatable IP and scaling solutions across ecosystems.
