Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking an executive leader to shape and scale its Azure practice from Austin, TX or remote. You will drive data modernization, AI enablement, and Microsoft partnership development, working with senior leaders to define go-to-market strategies.

You will oversee a delivery organization, grow revenue, build high-performing teams of solution architects, and partner with Microsoft for joint success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading consulting, solution architecture, cloud, or data organizations for Microsoft services partner.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing technical teams.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence clients, partners, and senior leaders.
• Deep Microsoft Azure expertise and established relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience leading initiatives involving data modernization, cloud transformation, and analytics.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue, pipeline, and consulting practices.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and scalable service offerings.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of professional services businesses.
• Exceptional ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead complex transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and evolution of TTEC Digital's Azure practice.
• Develop and execute the Azure go-to-market strategy with sales, delivery, alliances, and executive leadership.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solution Architects and technical leaders.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, bookings attainment, and market expansion.
• Create repeatable sales motions, offerings, and industry-specific solutions that accelerate growth.
