Job summary

ITC Worldwide is seeking an Azure Native Architect to design and implement innovative Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on migrations and modern workplace services in a hybrid Dallas-based role.

The candidate will lead tenant splits, architect full-stack Microsoft 365 deployments, and provide pre-sales support while managing complex migration projects across Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.

Qualifications

• Overall 5-12 years of experience in Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace services including Copilot, Exchange Migration, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (EntraID), and Intra ID.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
• Experience in M365 Solutioning, Power Platform and Pre-Sales activities.
• Proven track record in tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
• Experience in building estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 tenant split and migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption
• Architect and implement solutions for Microsoft 365 services, including Active Directory, EntraID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune
• Manage and execute migrations across OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange migrations
• Provide solutioning for Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to optimize workflows
• Provide administrative oversight and support for MS 365 services and infrastructure
• Design and develop cost and effort estimation models for Microsoft 365 solutions
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot, Exchange migration, and EntraID settings as part of migration
• Provide pre-sales support, including solution presentations, RFP responses, and client engagements
• Implement and manage SharePoint Online solutions for streamlined collaboration and document management
• Ensure security best practices in migration and setup of Microsoft 365 services
• Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, configurations, and migration procedures
