Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Service Support Admin/Analyst to join the Digital Sector. You will monitor Azure and M365 SaaS environments, manage identities, licensing, and access, and support service operations with dashboards and reporting. The role supports ITSM processes and Tier 2 desk activities, under senior engineer direction.

You will work in the Suffolk, VA area with a focus on governance, compliance, and DR readiness. A TS clearance and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current TOP SECRET Security Clearance
• Requires certifications in Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• Requires BS or Masters degree and 3+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator in an enterprise level cloud environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerShell, Azure Firewall, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Cloud Security, and Data Governance Tools
• Basic experience with Power Platform
• Working knowledge of Purview and ITIL Framework
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing and networking
• Superior organizational skills and capable of managing multiple projects
• Great communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong attention to detail
• Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification

Responsibilities

• Manage/monitor Azure infrastructure including identity, governance, storage, compute, networking, backup, and VM deployment for a large user base
• Perform tenant-wide configuration tasks for Microsoft 365 SaaS offerings across on-premise and cloud systems
• Monitor M365 Admin Center and security tools for incidents, outages, and feature releases; analyze performance and trends
• Provide support for Teams Live Events, conferencing, and telephony
• Oversee hierarchical management of SharePoint sites
• Participate in ITSM activities including change, incident, and problem management
• Provide technical support to the Tier 2 service desk
• Manage Windows image including group policy and end user software
