Job summary

The role collaborates with IT and business teams, supports Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power BI, and SharePoint, and ensures compliant, secure cloud operations with strong automation and patching practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Microsoft Azure administration experience.
• 3-5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, SSO, and identity management.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Microsoft 365.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including identity, networking, security, monitoring, storage, and related cloud resources.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Manage identity and access controls including MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, group management, enterprise applications, SSO, and privileged access.
• Support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management, including device compliance and deployment.
• Monitor Azure and Microsoft 365 environments for availability, performance, security, compliance, and health.
• Perform patching, maintenance, upgrades, and remediation activities across cloud platforms.
• Support security, governance, data protection, and audit activities.
• Assist with AI-related initiatives and data organization for Copilot, Power BI, and other platforms.
