Qualifications

• BS or MS degree required with 3+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage/monitor Azure infrastructure, including identity and governance, storage, compute resources, and VM deployment for a large user base
• Perform administrative tasks and manage tenant-wide configuration for Microsoft 365, including on-prem and cloud systems
• Monitor the M365 Admin Center and related tools for incidents, outages, and alerts and analyze performance and trends
• Provide support for Teams Live Events (conferencing/telephony)
• Oversee hierarchical management of SharePoint sites
• Participate in ITIL-aligned change, incident, and problem management activities
• Provide technical support to the Tier 2 service desk
• Manage Windows image including group policy and end user software
