Job summary

Patient First is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer II to support a hybrid Azure platform and progress toward a standardized operating model. You will deploy and manage Azure environments, develop IaC templates, and align deployments with governance and CI/CD pipelines.

The role involves Windows/Linux infrastructure, on-premises and cloud-backed systems, incident response, and collaboration with security, network, and application teams to ensure resilient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing hybrid Azure environments.
• Experience with monitoring, backup, patching, and incident response.
• Familiarity with landing zones, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage standardized Azure dev/test/prod environments using landing zones and subscriptions.
• Modify and improve IaC templates with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Implement cloud configurations for compute, storage, identity, backup, and recovery.
