Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking a Senior Terraform Infrastructure Engineer to migrate and modernize a critical Azure stack, moving APIs, web apps, and databases to Azure Container Apps and Azure SQL. You will design secure, reusable Terraform configurations and guide platform decisions with engineering, security, data, and operations teams.

You’ll own the infrastructure design, assess AKS and VM workloads, and determine optimal placements on AKS, AKS-based services, or VM-based deployments,

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or solution architecture.
• Five+ years delivering production Azure environments with Terraform.
• Expert knowledge of Terraform architecture and infrastructure as code, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of AKS internals and Kubernetes troubleshooting, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert experience supporting containerized APIs and web applications, with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Terraform architecture for migration landing zones, networking, identity, security, and databases.
• Build reusable Terraform modules for Azure resources and services.
• Manage Terraform providers, remote state, drift detection, policy checks, and CI/CD promotion.
• Evaluate AKS workloads and troubleshoot control-plane interactions, node pools, and networking.
