Job summary

Healthcare Systems of America is seeking a Server & Application Administrator to lead administration of server infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity systems, and enterprise applications. The role focuses on Azure, 365, Active Directory, IAM, and PAM with a strong emphasis on security, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will partner with Information Security, Clinical Operations, and executives to deliver reliable, scalable technology services that support patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise server and cloud environments.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• 3+ years of Active Directory and identity management experience.
• 3+ years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience leading infrastructure and application-related projects.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer hybrid cloud environments with on-premises and Azure services.
• Ensure high availability, DR, backup, and business continuity.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Support IAM and identity governance across systems.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles.
• Administer and support enterprise apps and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to IT staff.
• Develop standards and documentation for operations.
