Capgemini is seeking an Azure GTM Principal Solution Architect to lead cloud growth and strategic client engagements. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, sales teams, and Microsoft stakeholders while shaping Azure offerings and leading complex cloud transformations.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT with 6+ years in Azure, strong architectural and executive communication skills, and will drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Competenze

• 15+ years in IT with 10+ years in enterprise IT solution architecture
• 6+ years focused on Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Strong fluency in architectural patterns and enterprise cloud transformations
• Exceptional cross-functional communication with C-level executives
• Proven pipeline generation with account executives and Microsoft alliance team
• Deep knowledge of partner incentives, marketplace publishing, and enterprise discounts
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models and managed services transitions
