Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a cloud engineer supporting cloud infrastructure and applications, including Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
• Current CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator certification
• Bachelor’s degree from a US DoE-accredited university; extensive relevant experience may substitute for education

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot hybrid network infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud locations
• Build, configure, deploy, secure, and administer cloud resources for VMs, storage, network, and services
• Design scalable IT infrastructure and plan deployments to optimize cloud costs
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell/Bash) and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage firewall rules and proxy configurations for secure connections
• Monitor cloud consumption and identify cost optimizations
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Perform OS upgrades, VM resizing, and security patching
• Produce technical docs and governance materials
• Create and modify AD domain objects, groups, and policies
• Provide leadership and work with minimal supervision
