Command Post Technologies, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect in Suffolk, VA with hybrid work options. You will drive migration of J7 simulation and training into Microsoft Azure under JWCC, architecting Azure Government (IL5/IL6) infra and landing zones.

You will direct IaC standards (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and lead modernization of on-prem JLVC training into containerized cloud services, ensuring Zero Trust across networks and identities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field; 8+ years of experience (or 6+ with Master’s).
• Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizenship.
• 5+ years designing cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure (2+ years in Azure Government/DoD IL4-IL6).
• Proficient IaC with Terraform, Azure Bicep, or ARM templates.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee enterprise cloud infrastructure in Azure Government (IL5/IL6).
• Lead IaC standards using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Guide migration of JLVC training software to containerized/virtualized cloud services (AKS).
• Enforce Zero Trust across Azure networking, storage, identity, and compute.
