Qualifications

• Either possess or be willing to obtain FinOps Practitioner Certification.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer business reviews focused on cloud utilization.
• Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs and SLAs for customer satisfaction.

Skills

Experience with supporting Microsoft Azure clients.

Technical and business problem-solving skills

Interpersonal skills including mentoring and coaching

Experience optimizing workflows

Education

BS Degree in Business or a Technology related field
