Qualifications

• 3 years of mentoring practice is required.
• Mid-level fluency in Splunk is expected.
• Knowledge of OH-specific regulations relevant to tech work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end.
• Tune Growth Mindset caching for reliability during launches.
• Prototype rough DNS Management ideas and select which to keep.
• Profile memory use and identify leaks affecting Youngstown nodes.
• Support scaling of mentoring services from pilot to OH-wide rollout.
