Qualifications

• Proven automation and scripting experience to reduce manual workload.
• Strong .NET/C# development background.
• Hands-on Azure experience; cloud migrations a plus.
• Windows VM management at scale.
• CI/CD and release automation expertise.
• Infrastructure as Code with Bicep/Terraform/ARM.
• Monitoring, incident handling and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve platform operations, driving automation and reliability end-to-end.
• Establish security, observability and reliability baselines for production environments.
• Maintain standard procedures for operations and incident responses.
• Operate and improve API production operations, including deployments and CI/CD.
• Manage server provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Dataset management in production contexts.
• Develop and maintain internal DevOps system (C#) for reliability and auditable usage.
• Support other production workloads and raise automation standards.
• Drive platform evolution by reducing manual work and standardizing processes.
