Job summary

Wellfit seeks an Azure DevOps Engineer to design and manage Azure-based production systems, automate deployment pipelines, and optimize operations. The role emphasizes collaboration, security, and scalable cloud infrastructure within a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates will have strong Linux/Unix administration, Terraform IaC expertise, and hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes to deliver reliable, secure services in a healthcare technology context.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux/Unix administration and scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with Azure—CLI, Portal, App Service.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and processes.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace for monitoring and alerting.
• Polyglot mindset in coding and scripting languages.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage continuous delivery systems and methodologies on Azure.
• Design, manage, and maintain tools to automate operational processes.
• Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage Azure cloud-based production systems for availability, performance, scalability, and security.
• Build, release, and configuration management of production systems.
• Pre-production Acceptance Testing to assure quality of products/services.
• System troubleshooting and problem-solving across platforms and apps.
• Suggest architecture and process improvements; evaluate new technology options and vendors.
• Ensure security through cloud security best practices.
