Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking a technology engineer with 5 to 8 years of overall experience to lead Windows desktop migration efforts.

You will work with a pre-assigned user set to ensure business-critical applications function on Azure-hosted desktops, troubleshoot end-to-end, and coordinate fixes with partner teams. Qualifications

• 5–8 years total IT experience with at least 3 years in Windows desktop migrations.
• Experience planning, cutover, validation, and post-migration support.
• Ability to troubleshoot end-to-end and coordinate fixes.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute user migrations following the factory playbook.
• Validate end-user functionality on NDS.Next desktops (M365, internal apps).
• Test applications, reproduce defects, and perform regression checks.
• Troubleshoot Windows, apps, and desktop configuration issues.
• Provide user updates and technical notes; manage expectations.
• Produce structured workload reports with status, risks, blockers.
