Job summary

Glazer’s Beer and Beverage designs, builds, and supports enterprise data pipelines to enable reliable reporting and analytics across business systems. The Data Integration Specialist leverages Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and related services to deliver scalable, secure data integrations.

The role involves monitoring pipelines, troubleshooting data movement issues, and documenting data flows and runbooks as part of modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in data integration, data engineering, ETL/ELT development, or a related technical role.
• Strong SQL skills, including advanced querying, data transformation, troubleshooting, and working with relational data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database or SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, and related data movement or storage services.
• Experience building and supporting production data pipelines, scheduled jobs, and integration workflows.
• Experience integrating data from a variety of source systems using APIs, FTP/SFTP, structured files, JSON, XML, CSV, or similar formats.
• Ability to diagnose data quality issues, reconcile source-to-target results, and resolve pipeline or integration failures through structured troubleshooting.
• Strong ownership mindset, learning orientation, documentation discipline, and willingness to work across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and related services to move and transform data.
• Monitor pipeline health, investigate failures, and coordinate remediation for reliable data processing.
• Integrate data from various source systems using APIs, FTP/SFTP, and structured files.
• Maintain data platform objects including databases, warehouses, and lakehouses for reliable data movement.
