Job summary

Qualified candidates have a BS in a related field, 3 years in enterprise Windows Server, Azure experience, and automation tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience supporting enterprise Windows server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including VM management, networking, storage, identity basics.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills; ability to communicate with technical and non-technical customers.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Terraform, and Bicep.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Windows Server operations on the WMS team.
• Handle Tier 2 cloud and server support, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the service team and other IT stakeholders.
