Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.
• 10+ years of software testing and V&V experience.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud testing.
• Proficient in Python programming and test automation.
• Experience testing embedded medical devices in regulated environments.
• Solid SDLC and V&V understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification and validation for cloud-connected medical device systems.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and scripts using Python.
• Perform testing of Microsoft Azure cloud applications, services, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Validate embedded software used in regulated medical device products.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate closely with software, systems, DevOps, cybersecurity, and quality engineering teams.
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to other test engineers while remaining hands-on with technical work.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, requirements reviews, and release readiness activities.
• Create and maintain documentation required for regulated product development.
