Job summary

Meet Life Sciences is seeking a Software Test Engineer to help ensure reliability, safety, and quality of a connected medical device platform. You will collaborate with software, hardware, systems, and product teams to design testing strategies and validation across cloud, desktop, and mobile environments.

Responsibilities include building automated test suites, leading testing for releases, defining acceptance criteria, and creating test plans and verification evidence while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

  • Strong experience developing automated test frameworks and integration tests using Python.
  • Experience testing distributed systems across cloud, desktop, and mobile environments.
  • Experience with software verification and validation in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, automation tools, and testing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred: medical device or regulated software experience.
  • Preferred: IEC 62304 familiarity and software lifecycle processes.

About the Role

As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and quality of a complex connected medical device platform. You'll work closely with software, hardware, systems, and product teams to develop comprehensive testing strategies and validation approaches across multiple platforms.

  • Startup experience or comfort working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.
