Job summary

3Cloud is seeking a Consulting Director - Security to lead the Cloud Platform team and drive the development, innovation, and delivery of Azure security solutions including identity and Zero Trust, threat protection, data protection and governance, and secure AI adoption.

The role blends hands-on architecture oversight with leadership, enabling security delivery standards, GTM enablement, and executive-level advisory to clients on their Azure journey.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, innovation and delivery of Azure security solutions including identity and Zero Trust, threat protection, data protection, governance and secure AI adoption.
• Lead the security practice with hands-on architecture oversight, security assessments, executive advisory and senior escalation support.
• Develop and promote delivery standards, solution and offering development, GTM enablement, and go-to-market collaboration with sales.
• Manage client relationships at executive levels (CISOs, IT leaders) to align security roadmaps with business outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-practice collaboration with Data, App Innovation and Managed Services teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Foster a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture through coaching, mentorship and upskilling initiatives.
