Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Expertise in Zero Trust, SASE, CASB, CSPM, CWPP, NDR, AI/ML Security.
• Experience with automation to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Cyber Security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee platform security controls: VPAM/PKI, key management/HSM, log pipelines, DDoS, WAF, remote access, and firewalls.
• Lead Zero Trust Architecture and SASE adoption across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Maintain 24x7 on-call model for security engineering with defined SLAs.
• Manage vendor support, contracts, and licenses for security tools.
• Provide audit evidence for PCI, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
