Job summary

3Cloud, LLC is seeking a Consulting Director – Security to lead security delivery on Azure, AI, and governance initiatives across client engagements. You will shape security strategies, drive scalable growth, and mentor senior architects and engineers in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure delivery excellence, talent development, and market-leading security offerings that differentiate our services in the cloud

Qualifications

Proven leadership in security practice delivery and team development.
Experience guiding Azure security engagements and AI security readiness.
Ability to define security roadmaps, governance, and risk management for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, enablement, and execution of security solutions that drive client success and business growth.
Own and improve frameworks for security engagements (assessments, Zero Trust, roadmaps, and AI security readiness).
Shape go-to-market strategies with sales executives and support pursuit of opportunities with SME expertise.
Expand client relationships with security roadmaps and next steps, and drive Land and Expand initiatives.
Serve as senior escalation point for security projects and manage key accounts.
