Brillio is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Azure Cloud Operations and ITIL-aligned service delivery in a hybrid work environment. You will guide incident, change, problem, and vulnerability remediation with a focus on measurable improvements and governance across delivery teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in technical project management, hands-on Azure experience, and a track record of translating operations requirements into clear user stories and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project management experience with Azure Cloud Operations.
• Hands-on leadership delivering incident, change, problem and vulnerability remediation in Azure.
• Ability to translate ops requirements into agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure Cloud Operations and support delivery across incidents, changes, and problems.
• Enforce ITIL-aligned service management practices for operational excellence.
• Manage major incidents end-to-end with coordination across teams and vendors.
• Review root cause analyses and track corrective actions to closure.
• Conduct post-incident reviews with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to implement Terraform, Ansible, and Azure tooling initiatives.
• Translate requirements into agile stories with estimates, owners and timelines.
• Represent status in stand-ups, governance calls, and executive dashboards.
