Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Project Manager to lead Azure Cloud Operations and IT service delivery, coordinating incident, change, and problem management across global teams.

You will drive ITIL-aligned practices, oversee major incidents end-to-end, and work with Terraform, Ansible, and Azure Update Manager to improve stability and automation. This role requires 7+ years in technical project management and Azure certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cloud Computing or equivalent.
• ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification required or preferred.
• Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Architect Expert certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure Cloud Operations and Support delivery across incident, change, problem, request, vulnerability remediation, automation, and platform governance workstreams.
• Drive ITIL-aligned service management practices to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage major incidents end-to-end with root-cause analyses and post-incident reviews.
• Review root cause analyses for quality, completeness, and recurrence prevention.
• Collaborate with teams to implement Terraform, Ansible, and Azure Update Manager initiatives.
• Translate operational requirements into agile user stories with acceptance criteria and timelines.
• Represent delivery status in stand-ups, reviews, and executive dashboards.
• Maintain stakeholder communication on risks, blockers, incidents, changes, and improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and governance.
• Oversee Azure cost governance and optimization efforts.
