Job summary

Brillio in New York/New Jersey hybrid seeks an Engineering Manager to lead revenue forecasting and enterprise cloud initiatives. You will guide distributed teams to deliver AWS-based, scalable solutions and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive transformation.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in software engineering and at least 5 years managing teams, with strong cloud, microservices, and IaC experience across modern stacks.

Qualifications

8–12 years of software engineering experience.
Minimum 5 years leading engineering teams.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Experience with AWS services and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple distributed engineering teams to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.
Establish ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
Drive best practices in Agile, code quality, and delivery reliability.
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs with roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership for AWS-based architectures and services.
