Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join the Specialized United States Infrastructure Operations team. The role supports Azure-based infrastructure, IaC, security policies, and resilience across Berkeley, MO; Seattle, WA; or Daytona Beach, FL.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cloud infrastructure, IaC with Bicep/ARM/Terraform, and scripting with PowerShell, with SAP access ability. Relocation and signing bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Cloud Computing and Infrastructure Management experience.
• 3+ years of cloud infrastructure design, building, and operating with Azure or AWS.
• 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep, ARM, or Terraform.
• 3+ years of PowerShell or similar scripting to automate deployments.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure-based infrastructure solutions including networking, compute, storage, identity integration, and supporting services.
• Develop and maintain IaC and configuration automation with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Implement cloud policies to enforce security, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage user access.
• Build repeatable landing zones and cloud infrastructure patterns for multiple application teams and services.
• Support environment standup, patching, upgrades, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain infrastructure health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues related to connectivity, performance, availability, and integration.
• Collaborate with architecture, networking, platform, and application teams to align designs with requirements.
• Document infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and support models.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers.
