Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to manage Azure IaaS, ANF, and AVD environments in Raleigh. You will implement RBAC, monitor performance, and drive reliability across cloud resources.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of systems administration with Azure in production, plus certifications and strong incident management and documentation skills. This full-time on-site role offers growth and collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of systems administration experience, with 2+ years on Azure in production.
• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS operations and VM management.
• Experience with Azure NetApp Files, snapshots, DR concepts; performance tiers.
• Familiarity with Azure RBAC and security best practices.
• Strong incident/change management, documentation, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure IaaS resources, RBAC, and network connectivity.
• Administer ANF resources, capacity pools, volumes, and DR readiness.
• Provision and maintain Azure VMs and AVD environments.
• Monitor services with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Applications Insights.
• Coordinate incident response and runbooks; collaborate with teams.
• Provide clear communication and handle change management.
