Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operation of Azure and GCC High environments. You will drive cloud strategy, oversee a 24/7 production operation, and guide modernization initiatives including on‑premises to Azure migrations.

DoD clearance is a prerequisite. You will mentor a team of cloud engineers, establish governance and security standards, and partner with Finance, Compliance, and Development teams to optimize performance and costs

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or lead experience managing technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 8 years of combined experience; or an associate degree with 10 years; or a high school diploma with 12 years of combined experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and operation of Azure and GCC High environments.
• Oversee 24x7x365 production operations and major incident management.
• Develop cloud strategy, governance, security, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.
