Job summary

Accion Labs seeks an experienced Cloud Administrator to design, implement, and defend cloud and on-prem infrastructure. You will manage Azure-based solutions, perform migrations, and lead on-call support while improving security and compliance across environments.

You will collaborate across teams, document standards, and mentor staff on new cloud technologies and best practices. Strong automation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Cloud administration.
• Knowledge of Endpoint, API Management, and Identity Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure components.
• Proficient with Azure Active Directory and Windows Server versions 2016/2019/2025.
• Experience with Azure CLI, PowerShell/Azure PowerShell, and Azure Portal.
• Experience with IT automation tools like Ansible.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with attention to detail.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning (Nessus) and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and troubleshoot IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS networks.
• Deploy and support cloud and on-premise server OS.
• Monitor physical network hardware for maximum uptime.
• Educate teams on new cloud technologies and initiatives.
• Migrate workloads from on-prem to Azure.
• Manage Endpoint systems including Intune and SCCM.
• Maintain up-to-date standards and process documents.
• Assist with cost and risk models for cloud vs. on premises.
• Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Provide on-call technical support and troubleshoot cloud issues.
• Lead design of highly complex cloud systems.
• Train technical support staff on new technologies.
• Resolve vulnerabilities using Nessus.
